Cleaving

I love the clever title of Julie Powell’s second book. Have you heard it?

Cleaving.

It cracks me up. I know: it doesn’t take much to crack me up.

Three audio copies are up for grabs (Usual Rules, however) over at Books and Needlepoint. Once again, bonus entries exist, but you MUST do the first for the bonus to count.

Enter by January 22.

Dear John

Calling all you Nicholas Sparks fans!

I have to confess, I’ve never read any Sparks. I saw the movie with the lake house, though, and … yeah, maybe I ought to fix that.

If you’re like me and in need of fixing it, or if you like Sparks enough that you want to pick up Dear John, OR you like audio books, you’ll want to head over to Books and Needlepoint.

Yep, three AUDIO books are up for grabs over at Books and Needlepoint. This is a Usual Rules contest, which I always feel the need to apologize for even though I had nothing to do with the rules.

Lots of bonus entries; get them in by January 21. And be sure to do the basic one or the bonus won’t count!

Bonus entries are available, but you have to do the basic one or they won’t count. Enter by January 20.

Guest Author: Beth Williamson

From our good friends at Seductive Musings:

Is it hot in here, or it is just Beth Williamson’s steamy historical western romances? Find out what’s hot and what’s not….at least to this author when writing those sensual love scenes.

Beth Williamson is my guest at Seductive Musings today to celebrate the release of The Stranger’s Secrets. In addition to her post there is an exclusive bonus excerpt especially for Musings readers, and she’s giving away one signed copy of The Redemption of Micah (the book that precedes The Stranger’s Secrets). Simon’s Cat

Nope, it’s not dead yet.

IT is Simon’s Cat, the book by Simon Tofield that began as a YouTube post and grew. And grew. And grew.

Five copies of Simon’s Cat are up for grabs over at A Sea of Books. It’s a Usual Rules contest, sad to say, but you who’ve spent significant time here will know that when five copies are up for grabs, that’s how it usually goes.

Extra entries are available. Get them in by December 30 — so move fast!
