It’s a book called Up for Renewal by Cathy Alter and she decided to turn her life around by following the advice from magazines! She did it for a whole year! It was a hoot! And I asked the PR person if they wanted to have a giveaway tied in to the review and she sent me an extra copy! Which means, I can send it anywhere I want! So, this book giveaway will be international. Anywhere I can mail a book thru the post office!
