My Name is Will

I do like it when I post about a book over a period of time, as opposed to posting about the same book eight times in one day. It lets me refresh my bad jokes, and we all know you guys come around for my bad jokes.

Like this one. My Name is NOT Will. It’s Susan, thankyouverymuch.

*groan*

I know. I am ducking from the rotten vegetables you’re all throwing at me.

Seriously. The book is called My Name is Will. It’s a take-off on the famed William Shakespeare. Maybe you’ve heard of him; he wrote some plays back when the unwashed masses took up the spaces in the theaters that we enlightened folk consider prime real estate.

Author Jess Winfield knows his Bard. And you can share some of the Bardish fun along with Carol’s Notebook and Carol herself. She’s got five copies (US/Canada/no PO Boxes) to share. Enter by July 30 and check out the extra entries you can earn.

Does it surprise anyone to learn my favorite Shakespeare play is Taming of the Shrew? Othello’s a close second…
