Erec Rex Book 3
Okay, this is my blog so I can say whatever I want, right?
I don’t get why Free Book Friday teens is giving away the THIRD book in the Erec Rex series. Yeah, I get that it’s the newest, but it seems to me that many of us readers want to start a series at the beginning. We’d rather win the first (or the first three…) than the third, even if the third is the most recent.
But, it’s their world over at Free Book Friday Teens and since they’ve got the goods and I don’t, I ought to shut up and remind you that WHEN you win (assuming you enter), you can call your favorite local independent bookstore and order the first two. Then you’ll be caught up and life will be good.
Hmm. Maybe that’s a savvy idea after all… give away book three… make ‘em buy the first two… that’s two books sold for every one given … And since they are giving away four SIGNED copies…

I agree with you to some extent but that could be said of any book series, right? There are always people who haven’t read the earlier books and some series are quite long.
