Oh, just when you thought it was safe to go back into the kitchen, Carol’s Notebook wants you to think about the late, great Julia Child.
She’s got five copies of Julie and Julia, Julie Powell’s much-lauded memoir of her attempts to create every single one of Julia Child’s recipes from Mastering the Art of French Cooking.
The movie comes out soon. Get the book and read it while you can. The book is ALWAYS better than the movie!
This is a US/Canada/no PO Box contest. It closes July 8. As for the kitchen, I don’t think a good kitchen ever closes.
I would really love to win this book and read it before I go to see the movie. Here’s hoping!!
